Tyra Banks is once again talking about moments from America's Next Top Model that she is not proud of. 

Last month, Tyra, 46, was slammed online after a resurfaced 2006 clip from her show went viral, which showed her making fun of season six contestant Danielle Evans for having a gap in her teeth. 

'I went on my talk show and did an entire segment on what we did. What we did was wrong, and we apologized for it,' Tyra told Entertainment Tonight. 'But not everybody saw that. There's a whole new generation of people that didn't grow up with my show and didn't see that.'

When asked how she felt watching the clip, Tyra said: 'I cringe,' adding: 'And I cringe through the eyes of today.'

In the clip, Tyra is seen telling the young girl: 'So Danielle, you went to the dentist but refused to have your gap closed. Do you really think you can have a Cover Girl contract with the gap in your mouth?'

Tyra then mocked her, and imitated her by putting her finger between her two front teeth while pulling a face.

The supermodel told her: 'This is all people see. Easy, Breezy, Beautiful, Cover Girl. It's not marketable.'

Danielle, who is now known as Dani, tried to defend herself saying, 'a little bit is ok but I don't want to completely close it.'

However, the aspiring model did end up getting the gap partially closed and she won the season.

Tyra also tweeted an apology about the episode on May 8.

She wrote: 'Been seeing the posts about the insensitive of some past ANTM moments and I agree with you. Looking back, those were some really off choices. 

'Appreciate your honest feedback and am sending so much love and virtual hugs.'
