It comes after Katie discussed her doomed romance with Kris, 31, last month and admitted she's 'gutted' at how she treated the hunk.
The beauty and personal trainer went their separate ways in December 2019 following an on-off romance and he has now struck up a new romance with Bianca, after they were seen kissing while Katie was in rehab.
In an Instagram story, Katie was asked: 'How do you feel about seeing Kris kissing Bianca when you were in the Priory?' before she spoke in an impassioned tone about her heartache.

Clearly hurt, Katie responded: 'All I'm going to say is I thought I was going to marry Kris... I feel really gutted what I did to Kris when I was with him, I had my reasons. And if I could turn back the clock, I would never have done what I did to him.
'I was suffering so bad when I was in the Priory and he's now found happiness with someone else, so all I can wish is him and her happiness, I want them to keep safe.'
Again speaking about her heartache, Katie recently said splitting from her ex Kris is one of the 'biggest regrets of my life' in a teaser clip of her reality show, My Crazy Life, from a special which aired earlier this month.
Katie, who admitted to cheating on personal trainer Kris, with builder Charles Drury and Alex Adderson in their relationship, said: 'I'm still not over Kris and it's getting me down. Even the new track is reminding me that I'm single.

'I've hurt Kris, I cheated on the guy. I feel disgusting for doing it. I just wish I could just click my finger and make him forget everything that I've done. It's probably too late. He will be one of the biggest regrets of my life'.
Katie has been married three times, her first marriage to singer Peter Andre lasted from 2005-2009 with the former couple sharing children Junior, 14, and Princess, 12.
She was also married to Alex Reid from 2010-2012 and to stripper Kieran Hayler from 2013-2018, with the pair sharing children Jett, six, and Bunny, five.
Katie is also mum to son Harvey, 18, with former flame Dwight Yorke.
